🗣️ Speaking Club Booking Policy Welcome to the EnglishWD Speaking Club! Please read our policy carefully before booking your spot. By registering, you agree to the following terms: 🕒 Booking & Attendance Bookings are required to join each session. Spots are limited, so please book early to secure your place. Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may not be admitted to maintain class flow. 💸 Payment & Cancellations Payment is required before the session to confirm your booking. If you cancel at least 12 hours before the session, you can transfer your payment to another Speaking Club date. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable and non-transferable. 🔄 Rescheduling To reschedule, please message us directly at least 12 hours before your booked time. We’ll gladly move your spot to another available session. 💬 Participation Rules Be respectful, positive, and supportive toward others. Cameras must be on for the best interactive experience. English only — no translation tools during the session. 🌟 Recording & Media Some sessions may be recorded for internal training or promotional purposes.
