Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy At EnglishWD, we understand that life can be unpredictable. To help us maintain a smooth and effective learning experience, we kindly ask that you observe the following policy: Rescheduling or Canceling a Class: You may reschedule or cancel your class up to 12 hours in advance of the scheduled time. If you need to reschedule or cancel within the 12-hour window, please discuss it directly with your teacher. Exceptions may be made based on the situation and the teacher's availability. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled class time may not be eligible for a class credit refund or rescheduling, unless otherwise agreed upon with your teacher. No-shows: If you do not attend a scheduled class without prior notice, the class will be considered as completed, and no class credit refund or rescheduling will be provided. ๐ฏ Book Your English Assessment Lesson Continue Your English Level Test with a Teacher You Choose If you have already completed the English Level Test, this session is the final step. Your chosen teacher will continue with a Listening and Speaking assessment to complete your full evaluation. If you have not taken the test yet, we will send you the link to complete it before your assessment begins, so your teacher can review your results in advance and personalize your session. During your 50-minute English Assessment Lesson, here is what we will do together: โ Complete the Speaking & Listening Test You will take part in a short interactive assessment that measures your fluency, pronunciation, listening comprehension, and communication skills in real time. โ Review Your Results Together After completing your test, your teacher will go through your results with you and explain your current level, strengths, and areas for improvement. โ Talk About Your Goals We will discuss your English learning goals, such as speaking more clearly, preparing for an exam, or using English confidently at work, so we understand how to help you best. โ Show You How We Teach You will experience our teaching approach and see how EnglishWD lessons are structured, professional, and easy to follow. โ Create a Study Plan & Placement We will create a simple, personalized study plan and place you in one of our tailored EnglishWD courses designed to match your goals, level, and learning style.
