Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy At EnglishWD, we understand that life can be unpredictable. To help us maintain a smooth and effective learning experience, we kindly ask that you observe the following policy: Rescheduling or Canceling a Class: You may reschedule or cancel your class up to 12 hours in advance of the scheduled time. If you need to reschedule or cancel within the 12-hour window, please discuss it directly with your teacher. Exceptions may be made based on the situation and the teacher's availability. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled class time may not be eligible for a class credit refund or rescheduling, unless otherwise agreed upon with your teacher. No-shows: If you do not attend a scheduled class without prior notice, the class will be considered as completed, and no class credit refund or rescheduling will be provided. My Classes
I teach Language Coaching, Japanese, TOEIC & EIKEN Preparation, and General English with a focus on helping students achieve their goals in a way that works best for them. My lessons are personalized, practical, and designed to help each student see real progress while building confidence in their language abilities. ~ As a Language Coach, I help students develop strategies and habits that make learning more effective and enjoyable. ~ In my Japanese classes, I focus on practical communication skills and cultural insights to help students use the language confidently in real-life situations. ~ For TOEIC & EIKEN Preparation, I provide targeted practice and expert tips to ensure success on these important exams. ~ In General English, I work on all key skills—speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary—using interactive and engaging methods. I believe in creating a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable to ask questions, make mistakes, and grow. My goal is to make language learning a meaningful and enjoyable experience while helping students reach their full potential.
