Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy At EnglishWD, we understand that life can be unpredictable. To help us maintain a smooth and effective learning experience, we kindly ask that you observe the following policy: Rescheduling or Canceling a Class: You may reschedule or cancel your class up to 12 hours in advance of the scheduled time. If you need to reschedule or cancel within the 12-hour window, please discuss it directly with your teacher. Exceptions may be made based on the situation and the teacher's availability. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled class time may not be eligible for a class credit refund or rescheduling, unless otherwise agreed upon with your teacher. No-shows: If you do not attend a scheduled class without prior notice, the class will be considered as completed, and no class credit refund or rescheduling will be provided. IELTS Preparation: I provide strategies, practice tests, and expert guidance to help students improve in Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking, ensuring they achieve their desired scores. General English: I focus on key skills such as speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary through interactive and engaging lessons. Kids' English Classes: I create fun and interactive lessons tailored for young learners, incorporating games, songs, and creative activities to develop their language skills and foster a love for learning. I create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, practicing, and building their confidence. My goal is to make learning English a rewarding experience and to help students achieve their academic, personal, or professional aspirations.
