Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy At EnglishWD, we understand that life can be unpredictable. To help us maintain a smooth and effective learning experience, we kindly ask that you observe the following policy: Rescheduling or Canceling a Class: You may reschedule or cancel your class up to 12 hours in advance of the scheduled time. If you need to reschedule or cancel within the 12-hour window, please discuss it directly with your teacher. Exceptions may be made based on the situation and the teacher's availability. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled class time may not be eligible for a class credit refund or rescheduling, unless otherwise agreed upon with your teacher. No-shows: If you do not attend a scheduled class without prior notice, the class will be considered as completed, and no class credit refund or rescheduling will be provided.
